Tick one box and the tours and activities near your rental appear on your Guest TV and in your guidebook, each with a code to book. Guests book on Viator. Four percent of every booking is paid to you. Nothing to stock, nothing to sell, nothing to explain at check-in.
Included with every guidebook. No extra license, no minimum, paid through your own Stripe account.
Turning your TV into something that pays for itself takes about as long as reading this sentence.
On the Journey page, turn on Viator Experiences for the property. Tabellara finds the tours and activities near the house and picks the twelve best rated, refreshed daily. Hand-pick your own if you like.
On the TV, tours run in the screensaver between the streaming apps and your property photos, each with a code to book. In the guidebook, they appear as a Local Experiences section.
A guest scans or taps and books on Viator, under Viator's terms. Tabellara pays you 4% of the booking value, through the same Stripe account as your Guest Store, about a week after the tour date.
A few idle minutes and the television becomes a slideshow of the tours nearby: a private photo session in the historic district, a harbor cruise, a walking tour. Each slide shows the price, the rating and a code. A guest on the couch points a phone at it and lands on the booking page. Your property photos and Guest Store items run in the same slideshow, and it plays between stays too.
The same tours appear as a Local Experiences section of your guide, with photos, prices, ratings and a Book on Viator link on each, on the guest's phone before they even arrive. No TV required: this part comes with every guidebook.
Left alone, Tabellara shows the twelve best-rated experiences near the house and keeps them fresh as ratings change. Open the picker on the Journey page and every tour nearby is there with its photo, price and rating: tick the ones that fit your guests, a jeep tour for the families, the dinner show for the couples. A ticked tour Viator later drops is replaced from the top of the list by itself.
Viator pays a commission on bookings that come through our link, and you get half of it: 4% of the booking value. A $175 photo session pays you $7. A family of four on a walking tour at $95 a person, $380 in all, pays you $15.20. One good week of bookings covers the TV license for the year, and it is the same guests you already have, doing what they were going to do anyway.
Paid about a week after the tour takes place, into your Guest Store's Stripe account, with a statement listing the bookings behind it.
Three things you set up once, and all three are things a good guide has anyway.
The address is how the tours near the house are found. Every guide has one.
The store's Stripe account is where your share is paid. Connect it once from the Store page; you do not have to sell anything in it.
On the Journey page, tick Show Viator experiences for the property. Tours appear within a few minutes.
Turning the switch on accepts the tours and activities section of our Terms: bookings are between the guest and Viator, and your share is half of the commission Viator pays us.
Three things, once: a published guide with the property's address (that is how the tours are found), a live Guest Store (that is where the commission is paid, into your own Stripe account), and the Viator Experiences switch turned on for the property. There is no catalog to keep up and nothing to sell yourself.
Viator pays Tabellara a commission on bookings that come through our link, and we pay you half of what we receive, which at Viator's current rate is 4% of the booking value. A $175 private photo session pays you $7. A family of four on a walking tour at $95 a person, $380 in all, pays you $15.20. A house with a TV in the living room shows tours to every guest, every day of every stay.
About seven days after the tour takes place, once Viator confirms it, as a transfer into your Guest Store's Stripe account, with a statement listing the bookings behind it. If Viator reverses a booking, the matching share is reversed too.
Yes. Left alone, Tabellara shows the twelve best rated near the house and keeps them fresh as ratings change. Tick tours in the picker to choose your own; a ticked tour Viator later drops is replaced from the top of the list by itself.
No. Without a TV the tours appear in the guidebook's Local Experiences section, on the guest's phone. A Guest TV puts them on the biggest screen in the house too, in the screensaver and on the turnover screen between stays.
Recommending local tours to your guests is ordinary hosting; hosts have been handing out brochures forever. The booking happens on Viator, not in your listing, and nothing about your Airbnb listing, pricing or messages changes.
A guidebook is free for 30 days. Guest TV is $6 a month for a property with up to three televisions. The 4% is on top.
