Ten properties.
Not ten times the work.

Most guidebook tools make the tenth property as much work as the first. Tabellara lets you start a new property from a guide you already love, copy sections between guides, and mark any guide as a template whose sections stay linked: edit once, every property updates.

Start the next property from your best guide

On the New guide page, pick any existing guide and the new property begins as a complete copy: every section and card, the theme and layout, cover and logo, welcome message and quick links. WiFi, check-in and check-out times, and the address are property settings, so they stay blank for you to fill in. What used to take an afternoon takes a few minutes, and the copy is fully yours to edit.

NEW GUIDE · START FROM ANY EXISTING GUIDE

Mark any guide as a template

No separate template to build and maintain. Open the guide you are proudest of, tick “Use this guide as a template,” and it keeps working as that property's guide, published or not. Other guides can now link sections from it. The template's editor shows which guides link each section, so you always know who sees an edit.

ONE CHECKBOX · ANY GUIDE BECOMES A TEMPLATE

Link the sections that are the same everywhere

From any property guide, choose Import from another guide, pick the template, and link House Rules, Checkout, Before You Arrive, whatever is shared across your portfolio. Linked sections show the template's cards live. Change the quiet hours once and every linked guide, every PDF, every published page updates. Whole sections only, so a linked guide can never drift half a step out of sync.

LINK OR COPY · WHOLE SECTIONS ONLY

Keep what is local, local

A property guide mixes linked sections with its own: the arcade, the hot tub, the parking quirks, written for that house. Linked sections are clearly marked with where they come from, an Edit in template shortcut, and Unlink, which turns the section into an independent copy if a property needs to go its own way. Fill-in fields like {{wifi.network}} and {{checkout.time}} let a shared card read each property's own settings.

See the whole picture from the template

Each template section shows which guides link it. Deleting a linked section asks whether to remove it from those guides too or leave each a copy, so a live guide never loses content by surprise. Copy to… on any section or card pushes it to one or many other guides when you want a snapshot rather than a link.

Built for managers, priced for them

The price stays a flat $6 per guidebook while the work per property keeps shrinking. One template, twenty linked guides, one place to edit house rules when the county changes the noise ordinance. See pricing for the simple math.

Works with the AI build

Build a listing's guide from Airbnb in about a minute, then link the shared sections from your template and keep the AI's property-specific ones. Or start from the template as a copy and let the details differ. Both paths meet in the same editor.

Common questions

Do I have to rebuild my best guide as a template?

No. Any guide can be marked as a template with one checkbox, published or not. It keeps working as that property's guide; the only change is that other guides can now link sections from it.

What is the difference between copying and linking?

A copy is a snapshot: the new guide owns it and edits there never touch the original. A link stays in sync: the section shows the template's cards live, so an edit in the template appears in every linked guide. Link the things that are the same across your portfolio (house rules, checkout, what to bring); copy the things that start similar but diverge.

What about details that differ per property, like WiFi or check-out time?

Property-specific settings stay on each property. Linked sections can also use fill-in fields such as {{wifi.network}} or {{checkout.time}} that read each guide's own settings, so one shared card reads correctly on every house.

Can a property guide mix linked and local sections?

Yes, and most do: House Rules and Checkout linked from the template, Arrival and the specific amenities written for that house. Linked sections are visibly marked in the editor and can be unlinked into an independent copy at any time.

What happens if I delete a section from the template?

Tabellara asks. You can remove it from every linked guide too, or leave each of them an independent copy of the cards so nothing disappears from a live guide.

Does this cost extra?

No. Templates, linking, and copying are part of every plan, and the price stays a flat $6 per guidebook no matter how many you add.
